We have 25+ years of experience to give you better quality results.
When you bring your car in for tuning, we understand that it’s a significant investment of both your time and money. Our goal is to make this experience positive for you. To help you save time and ensure a smooth process, we’ve put together the following checklist:
Ensure both your engine oil and gearbox fluids are at the correct levels.
We highly recommend installing a new set of spark plugs before the tune, especially for turbocharged vehicles, which are typically gapped to 0.7mm.
Confirm that the coolant is topped up and at the correct level.
Make sure the fuel tank is either full or has a minimum of 40 liters of fuel.
Inspect the vehicle for any fuel, oil, or coolant leaks.
Check if your vehicle has a suitable O2 sensor bung for our wideband sensor. It is typically found on the dump pipe of turbo vehicles or after the collector of naturally aspirated vehicles. If not, we can arrange installation before the dyno session.
Ensure the locknut tool is inside the vehicle and easily accessible.
Verify that all hose clamps are secured tightly and that there are no leaks in the intercooler piping or the inlet manifold. If necessary, we can perform a pressure test to ensure the system is leak-free before tuning.
By completing these checks beforehand, you can help prevent any potential delays or issues during your tuning session. If any unforeseen problems do arise, we will address them or consult with you to determine the best course of action.
